Kerri is our billing and insurance specialist.  She has been in the field for 15+ years.  If you have a problem with your insurance or a bill you have received contact your insurance company first then contact Kerri.   Be sure and write down the name of the person you speak with from your insurance company.  They may also give you a reference # for your call.

Tips to better insurance processing from Kerri;
bulletgive us a copy of your new insurance card when you get one
bulletpay your co-pay or deductible every visit
bulletmake sure we know who's insurance you are under, your own, spouse, etc.
bulletwe do not file a 3rd insurance, primary and secondary only
bulletOnce the insurance has processed the claim and you have a dispute you must resolve the dispute with the insurance
